This site belongs to Orkun Eser Kadan. Anything about personal data can be sent to merhaba@orkuneka.dev.

Contact form

When the form is sent, the name, email address, chosen topic and budget (if filled in) and the message are saved. They are only used to reply.

Messages are stored on the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts this site, and a copy is forwarded to my Gmail account as a notification.

A deletion request can be sent by email.

Games and leaderboards

If a score is saved at the end of a game, the nickname, the score and the length of the game are stored. The nickname and score appear publicly on the game's leaderboard; a real name is not needed.

To tune the games' difficulty, the length and score of every game are kept even if no score is saved, and deleted after 30 days. These records are not linked to anyone.

The sound setting, best score and last nickname are kept only in the browser, so they are remembered on the next visit.

A score can be removed on request by email.

Abuse protection

To stop too many messages, scores or error reports coming from the same place in a short time, a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the IP address is kept in a one-hour counter. The IP address itself is not stored.

Error reports

If a page fails, the page, the error and the browser's name and version (e.g. "Safari 18 · iOS 18") are recorded so the problem can be fixed. Nothing that identifies a person is kept; the records are deleted after 30 days.

Visitor statistics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is used to see how much the site is visited. It doesn't use cookies or identify individual visitors; the dashboard only shows totals (pages viewed, referring sites, countries, device types).

Cookies

The site only uses a session cookie to remember the language (Turkish/English). No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Rights

Under Turkey's data protection law (KVKK, Article 11), it is possible to ask whether personal data is processed and to request correction or deletion, by email.
