Color-matching puzzle2026

People Bus Sort

A color-matching puzzle game. Passengers step off their bus onto a conveyor and move to a bus of the same color with a free seat; a level ends when everyone is on the right bus. Mechanics such as the elevator, frozen buses, hidden buses and hidden passengers change the order of moves from level to level. Built in Unity for a client and available on the App Store.

Timing-based arcade game

Osmanlı Tokadı

A humorous arcade competition game about the legendary Ottoman slap. Stopping the power bar in the green zone at exactly the right moment beats the opponent on points and moves on to the next round. Points raise the character's endurance and striking power, new locations bring new opponents, and the game also plays offline. Built in Unity for a client; it is on Google Play with more than 5,000 downloads.

Farming and market game2026

Farm Market Rush

A farming and market game that grows from a small plot. Seeds are planted, and crops such as tomatoes, corn and pumpkins are harvested and sold to customers at the market stall. The earnings unlock new fields and crops, upgrade the character's speed and carrying capacity, and hire helpers for the work. Built in 3D with Unity for a client and available on the App Store.

3D matching puzzle2024–2025

Match Story: Weapons

A timed puzzle game about finding three identical pieces in a 3D pile of weapons. Every level has pieces to collect and a countdown; the pile grows and gets harder from level to level, and boosters such as a magnet and an hourglass that freezes time help. Made at Grus Games and available on Google Play.

Merge and defense game

Fortress Merge

A strategy game that combines merging and defense. Identical weapons merge on a grid into stronger ones, and the character uses them to defend the fortress against incoming enemies, chapter by chapter. There are fire rate, damage and income boosts, daily rewards and diamond packs. Built in Unity for a client and available on Google Play.

One-tap zigzag runner2026

Cat Rush Fever

A one-tap reflex game in which a cat runs along a narrow zigzag path. Every tap changes direction, the speed keeps rising, and falling off ends the run. Diamonds and coins collected along the way unlock new cats; there are levels with a finish line and a player profile. Built in Unity for a client and available on the App Store.

How a game is born

The path a mobile game takes, from idea to store.

  1. 1

    One-page idea

The core of the game goes on one page: the main mechanic, who it's for, what brings players back. An idea that doesn't fit on one page isn't ready yet.

  2. 2

    Playable prototype

Just the core mechanic and a few minutes of play. Art comes later; first we see whether it's fun.

    Faster with AI
  3. 3

    Test with data

Short ad videos and a small budget bring in real players. Cost per install (CPI), next-day return rate (retention) and playtime are measured.

  4. 4

    Solid foundation

If the numbers look good, the game is rebuilt on a modular foundation that can grow. Adding levels, mechanics or events becomes easy.

  5. 5

    Store & growth

The store page, icon and visuals are prepared and the game goes live. After that come updates, new ad videos and improvements based on player data.

Let's make the next game together.
